Security Deposit

• To ensure the quality and cleanliness of Azurelle is maintained for all guests, we require a refundable security deposit upon check-in.

💵 Amount:

• ₱1,000 (cash only) – to be handed directly to our caretaker during check-in.

🧾 Purpose of Security Deposit:

• This deposit is held temporarily to cover any of the following (if applicable):

• Accidental damages to furniture, appliances, or unit decor

• Stains on linens, mattresses, towels, or sofa

• Missing items (remotes, key, utensils, etc.)

• Excessive dirt or mess requiring deep cleaning

• Smoking inside the unit (strictly not allowed)

• Unregistered extra guests beyond booked headcount

• Lost or unreturned keys

💸 Refund Process:

• After check-out (12:00PM), our caretaker will inspect the unit.

• Once the unit is cleared with no issues, your deposit will be fully refunded.

• Refund will be sent via GCash.
  ➤ Please send your full name and GCash number to our caretaker after checkout.

• If there are any deductions, we’ll inform you before sending the remaining balance.

🛑 Important Reminders:

• Strictly NO smoking inside the unit (penalty: full forfeiture of deposit).

• Kindly take care of our space as if it were your own 🌿

• Avoid using hair dyes, strong oils, or makeup directly on bedding or towels to prevent staining.

• We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Your security deposit helps us keep Azurelle fresh and lovely for all guests
